My intent in writing the Loving the Pregnant You book and blog is to provide ideas and inspiration to expectant moms by sharing the experiences of the women who’ve gone before them. I think it’s highly valuable to be able to be a fly on the wall of other people’s pregnancies, without any advice giving, to begin to discover what does and does not resonate with you personally. And, I know, at the end of the day, it’s up to you. It’s up to you to determine the choices that are best aligned with how you want to be as a pregnant person. It’s up to you to find the mindsets that will most empower you. It’s up to you to discover the ways to love the pregnant you.
Please join the conversation: For those of you who are moms…How did you love the pregnant you? What choices did you make that worked great for you? What mindsets empowered you?
